    Great First Impressions

    Comfortable, good quality chair that so far is everything I was looking for. Order delivered quickly. Well packaged and easy to assemble. I particularly like that all the necessary tools were included. Chair is comfortable to sit in and can be adjusted to accommodate my preferences (an average height, slightly overweight guy). Locked position is a little forward, but easy to get used to when sitting upright is needed. Unlocked (i.e. can lean back) seems to be fine for most purposes. It's early days but I don't see anything that could change my satisfaction with the purchase and on-going use of the chair.

    Sleek and grey

    For context, I have been sitting in a wooden dining chair for my first month of WFH and I was desperate. I couldn't debate this any longer, and the one thing I decided was the most important was breathability and I got that with this chair. And also my back is starting to recover thanks to the mesh not being wood.

    As for the design, the chair is gorgeous without arms or headrest. So minimal and lovely. But I added arms and headrest to try and it looks functional and less beautiful but that's okay.

    The color is quite grey. I was hoping for lighter/whiter, so do not get this color if that is a deal breaker for you. Me, I will live.

    Durability and long term? Wouldn't know. But assembly and delivery were easy, enjoyable in fact. I doubt I will regret this purchase unless something goes seriously wrong.

    Loving my new chair

    It provides the perfect support for my back. I work in IT so I sit for several hours a day and this is the most comfortable chair I've ever owned. Very satisfied with my purchase.

    Simple & comfortable design

    I originally bought the Ergonomic Chair Pro because it had so much adjustability but the foam seat was uncomfortable (I’ve been using a mesh chair for several years) and didn’t end up using all of the adjustments. The fit & finish were excellent, though, so I wanted to try the Aire Chair instead. Amazing from day 1! Very light weight but again excellent build quality. Not much in the way of adjustments but not needed. The mesh seems to do all the work of adjusting.

    I’ve bought & returned several desk chairs in the past 3 years and nothing comes close to this chair. I’m 5’5” and under 120 lbs and every small person knows how hard it is to find a well built, supportive chair- and beautiful as well. For me, this is it!

    My only suggestion is that the height adjustment should have more range- or an optional tall cylinder. I wish I could raise the chair another quarter inch to perfectly match the height of my desk.

    Huge props to Customer Service as well. They are super responsive, extremely helpful, and provided all the info and arrangements I needed and more. Outstanding.
