Branch Shipping and Delivery Options


At Branch, we offer three delivery options based on the type of product and your preferences. Whether you're looking for a convenient, hands-off experience or a simple freight delivery, we’ve got the right solution for you.

Everyday Parcel Shipping

Unless otherwise marked on the product page or checkout, Branch offers free shipping across the continental US and Canada via standard parcel carriers.

  • Processing & Shipping: In-stock orders are processed and shipped within 1-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. If an item is pre-ordered or backordered, the estimated shipping time will be displayed at checkout and in your order confirmation email.

Freight/LTL

For larger items and bulk orders, Branch provides Freight Delivery at no extra cost. Your items will be securely packaged and shipped curbside via a trusted freight partner.

  • What’s Included: Freight Delivery does not include assembly or placement. Products will be delivered curbside, or to a loading dock if available, leaving you responsible for moving the items to your desired location.
  • Availability: Available nationwide, this option works for both residential and commercial settings. While many large B2B products may require White Glove service, Freight Delivery is a cost-effective alternative for those with their own installation resources.
  • Shipping Time: Expect delivery within 10-15 business days for Freight/LTL shipments.

 

Freight Delivery typically involves organizing items on a pallet for shipment to reduce damage and ensure smooth delivery. Upon arrival at the local hub, you may receive a call or email to schedule the final delivery.


White Glove

For a more seamless delivery experience, Branch offers White Glove Delivery. This service includes assembly, placement, and removal of all packaging debris, ensuring your furniture is ready to use upon arrival.

  • What’s Included: Our White Glove partners handle the entire process from start to finish, and you’ll have a dedicated point of contact at Branch to guide you every step of the way.
  • Product Eligibility: White Glove service is mandatory for certain B2B products (such as tables and benching systems) and can be added to orders over $2,000.
  • Delivery Zones: Our White Glove service is available in major metropolitan areas. Reach out to us at hello@branchfurniture.ca with your zip code to confirm if we serve your location.
  • Shipping Time: White Glove orders are typically delivered within 20-25 business days.

Transit Times

Delivery timelines are estimated based on product availability and shipping method:

  • Parcel (UPS): 5-7 business days
  • Freight/LTL: 10-15 business days
  • White Glove: 20-25 business days

 

Exceptions:

  • West Coast: Add 5 business days
  • Large Orders (>$50,000): Add 5 business days minimum
  • Remote Areas: Additional lead times apply. Contact us at hello@branchfurniture.ca for details.

Terms & Conditions

  • Cancellations & Edits: For freight or White Glove orders, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order for edits or cancellations.
  • Delivery Outside of Business Hours: Additional fees may apply for deliveries outside standard hours (before 8am or after 6pm). Contact us for more details.
  • Warranty & Returns: For information on warranties, visit our Warranty Page. Shipping and installation fees are non-refundable. Returns for freight or White Glove orders may incur a 20% restocking fee.
