Very Comfortable and Functional
I have been working full time from home for a year and was struggling to find a good chair. I previously had one from Amazon and that was ok when I was working from home 2-3 non-consecutive days a week, but full time it wasn't good enough. I'm a 5'4" plus size woman. The Branch Ergonomic chair was recommended to me by someone else with the same body style who has used it for about six months. After a couple of weeks, I'm very happy with the "upgrade " I gave myself when buying this chair. It has more features than the ones I was trying from Amazon. For example, I can move the seat forward to create more space between the back and the seat. This is important for plus size people. The arms move forward and back, in and out as well.
I'm very happy with my purchase and relieved I didn't have to spend big bucks to get one of the more expensive office chair brands! The only very slight negative for me was that the arms on the "Sand" color are actually grey. I think they should be either white like the rest of the frame, or tan like the fabric. However, this is not a deal breaker or even a problem worth removing a star.

Great addition to my home office setup
This chair is incredibly comfortable and well built. The instructions were extremely easy to follow and I was able to assemble the chair in about 20 minutes. I did have a small issue regarding the arms, but a quick email to their customer service and the problem was solved within an hour of sending. All in all, a great experience!
