Bureau ships anywhere in the continential United States. If you place a qualifying order in a Bureau Service Area, our White Glove Installation service handles it all: delivery, assembly, and cleanup.
Shipping and Assembly
Free Shipping
- Bureau offers free shipping on all orders within the continental United States.
- Most items in stock arrive in 5-12 business days, but you can give us your preferred delivery date. Once you order, we'll follow up to confirm when works best.
- If your order is over $500 in value, and you're based in a Bureau Service Area, you're eligibile for free white glove installation (see below).
- If you're placing a custom order, shipping will take longer. Contact us and a Bureau Expert will go over what to expect.
White Glove Installation
- White Glove Installation is available in Bureau Service Areas and includes delivery, assembly, and cleanup, coordinated by a Bureau Move Captain.
- White Glove Installation comes standard with all orders above $500.
- White Glove is added for a $100 fee to orders under <$500.
- In order to ensure a smooth experience, your Move Captain will need your preferred delivery date and availability, building contact information, certificate of insurance requirements, and any requests.
- Fees may be charged for after-hours deliveries, walk-up fees, and any overages charged by your building. We'll go over these fees with you prior to delivery.
- Rescheduling a delivery with less than five business days of notice may result in an additional fee.
- White Glove Installation does not include electrical or plumbing work.
