I recently reviewed this chair with two stars as it was lopsided after assembly. I realized that I had not assembled it correctly. Now it is perfect! Will also note that Branch customer service was quick to reach out and help me with this issue.

They sit pretty firm, but keep their shape well. The color is perfect. Easy to assemble, shipped quickly. Great experience.

I ordered the orange chair thinking it was a tangerine color but I was disappointed when it arrived and was more of a burnt orange, almost brick red. I was expecting something brighter, but color was darker and more muted. I don't think the product pictures are accurate. We loved the style and comfort of the chair, however, that we decided to exchange for the blue one (you do have to pay for shipping back).

Tried to make this the standard for our office guest chairs, but the width was not comfortable for all guests and some provided us feedback that the chair needs wheels or else feels too heavy to adjust easily. No issues with the quality and look! Excellent chair otherwise, but just happened to not work for us.

We're glad the quality and look lived up to expectations, and we're sorry it didn't end up being the right fit for all of your guests.We understand that in a shared space, a chair needs to work for a lot of different people. Since the Guest Chair doesn't have wheels, we can see how it would feel heavy to pull in and adjust, and how a single seat width won't suit everyone.
