After replacement for item damage in transit, everything seems to be working well. This item is fairly solid. The wire organizer clips are a bit clunky. Not sure they would hold up to repeat use.

Works well with my monitor. I did hear from customer service that the 4-legged sit/stand desk cannot handle two arms. Guess I'll just need a bigger monitor. :)
