The Softside Chair combines the ergonomic performance of a work chair with a fully upholstered frame as comfortable as it is inviting. Hidden inside are a range of ergonomic features: an integrated lumbar support to promote natural alignment, a back tuft that accentuates the chair’s contour, height and tilt adjustment, and removable armrests. A unique hybrid cushion combining 2” of plush foam with nested micro-coils lets you sink into significant comfort without sacrificing support.

    Wish I had this chair sooner!

    This chair is very comfortable and the seat height adjusts perfectly for my height. I didn't want a mesh style office chair because I have traditional style furnishings. I ordered this chair with the high back and in the oatmeal Boucle fabric and it blends in perfectly!

    Excellent chair and excellent customer service

    We've been looking for easy-clean rolling dining chairs for our circular table and loved the look of this chair. Before committing to buy four, we decided to order one and see if it worked in the space. After assembling most of the chair and affixing the second armrest, I noticed a big gap between the arm and the chair base on one side. It soon became apparent that my box must have come with two right arms. I contacted customer service, explained the issue, and provided a few photos, after which the rep confirmed the mistake and promptly sent a replacement arm. In the meantime, I ordered three additional chairs. Thankfully, all of them came with correct arms. As for assembly, the instructions are very detailed and easy to follow, and I love that the box's width provides a perfect platform on which to attach the arms of the chair. The chairs seem well-built, look high-quality, are easy to adjust, and are comfortable. This is our first purchase and experience with Branch, and we are pleased to say it was an excellent one. We won't hesitate to purchase from them again in the future.
