I sat on, fiddled with, and looked for bargains on at least 15 of the most popular top-rated office chairs - many of them three times more expensive than Branch. Yes, I tend to be a little obsessive with gear (habit from the military); but like a good pair of boots or a mattress, things that connect you with the ground for hours a day can have a major impact on your well-being! I feel confident that the Ergonomic Chair is the best value on the market right now in terms of looks, adjustability, comfort, and customer support.
Here's what I like about the Branch chair:
1) The looks. Clean lines, perfect execution on a neutral color scheme (I got the sand), and it fits nicely into the more formal setting of my dining room/office nook. Looking cool is 90% - obviously.
2) The adjustability and comfort. I'm 5'11 and about 190lbs with a lot of back problems from the military. With the arm rests adjusted to their widest setting, I can comfortably sit cross-legged in my Ergo Chair and still feel like my butt and back are fully supported. It reclines further back than most chairs at this price and the locking mechanism feels sturdy and satisfying. I got the head rest which I think is a must for enjoying the full recline setting. The seat pad itself is medium firmness and I never bottom-out or feel the frame. The lumbar support is easy to adjust while seated and is supportive without being noticeable or creating any hotspots. I can sit on this chair for hours without aggravating…

I bought this chair to replace a 12 year old chair from another retailer. I was hesitant to choose a chair online without being able to try it first, but I went for it based on many positive reviews. The chair is very comfortable, arrived quickly and was relatively easy to assemble. Higher quality than the one it replaced and I can sit in it comfortably for a full work day.

I've been using this chair for a couple weeks now and it has been great. It makes me sit back and upright and improves my posture.
I am 5'-9" tall and the full height of the chair is perfect for me. All the adjustments (lumbar support, armrests, etc.) are within range of comfort for me.
The white frame with the blue cushions is a sharp look. Not sure if the white will get dirty and require much cleaning, but it looks good right now.
So happy I decided to purchase this chair and would recommend it to everyone.
