Great chair
The chair has been great so far. Very comfortable and well built. I love the red color of the fabric, although I'm not certain how long it will last without a puncture or tear. It seems pretty tough, though.

Versatile comfort
I've been using this chair for a few weeks in my home office and it feels great. The seat is so comfortable and I can easily adjust the chair to suit my work or lounge mode. Comfort while working
This chair allows me to sit at a desk for long stretches. The adjustments make it a custom fit. I'm female, 5'3" so my feet aren't flat on the floor but it doesn't bother me at all. The lumbar support feels good on my back. Ordering was easy and the delivery was prompt and it arrived in great shape.

Deserves the praise it gets and helps my lower back pain tremendously!
I was a bit hesitant to make this purchase because I had never heard of Branch and a decent office chair under the 500 dollar mark is actually hard to come by with decent ergonomics. This is not the case with this chair. The seat cushion is very comfortable, the seat back is supportive and the lumber support is very easy to get set where you need it the most.
The build quality is also very nice. The metal base is a standout and not expected at this price point and the plastics are all really nice as well!
With all that said it does have a few drawbacks but you should expect this at this price. The first being is there is no separate tilt for the seat cushion and the second being that the arm rest are a bit hard so not great to lean on.
Overall its a fantastic chair and I love it even more because it is not killing my back all day long like my old chair!
